The IMC Fire Records Management system will work well as a stand-alone incident
reporting program, however the program has been designed to integrate directly with
the IMC Fire Dispatch system. This integration automatically transfers information
from dispatch directly into a fire report, eliminating a great deal of data entry.
Transferred information includes location information, owner/ occupant information,
all dispatch times and all dispatched apparatus. When fire assignments are made,
information about responding personnel will also be transferred directly into the
incident report.
