As a leader in the Public Safety Software market
for many years and with a "second-to-none" NIBRS compliant Police Records Software
package, it only made sense that we produce a State-Level IBR Repository software
application. This is the result of that effort!
|
This software allows for the electronic collection of IBR and UCR data from law enforcement agencies across the state. The data can then be verified and validated
at the state level. Once this data has been collected, multiple
analysis reports are made available. The submitted data is then run against an error testing standard and verified for export to the FBI at the national level.
Below is a list of some of the powerful features found in the State IBR Repository
Software:
- Performs error checking using the FBI specifications outlined in the NIBRS I-IV
documentation.
- Can be setup to automatically discover IBR submissions in multiple locations (i.e.
local folders, network locations, and email)
- Tracks all submissions by agency and case
- Allows for reporting of errors back to participating agencies in multiple formats
(i.e. Microsoft® Access database, Adobe® PDF, Microsoft® Word, HTML, XML, delimited
text, etc)
- Can be setup to automatically report errors back to participating agencies via a
per-agency preferred method in a per-agency preferred format
- Allows administrators to create/edit IBR case submissions
- Exports verified IBR data for FBI
- Exports UCR data for FBI during interim approval process
- Can send email to administrators regarding the activity of the repository
- Allows for the generation of reports/analysis for submissions and case data
- Allows for reported data to be exported to Microsoft® Access, Crystal Reports, etc.
for collections agencies to be able to develop ad-hoc queries and reports.
- Tracks information about agencies and their software vendors
- Allows for entry/maintenance of UCR data for states accepting a mix of IBR/UCR and
can generate UCR reports from both converted IBR data and entered UCR data thus
consolidating and utilizing all available data.
