“Rumson Police is relatively small, with 20 members. When we decided to move to a CAD based program,
we took our time evaluating a number of companies, having been "burned" in the past by software companies making promises they could not fulfill. During our evaluations we found the IMC program to be the most complete and versatile, its Dispatch, Records and Mobile Software allows us to work in a seamless, one point of contact environment. Probably the best test of the product was checking further with Departments both considerably larger, and smaller than ours, where the IMC product was in use, not one Department had a bad word to say about the product or service.

We recently went live with the product well ahead of schedule. Our Dispatchers, who have never used CAD, learned the application quickly, finding it very user friendly. Our Officers are impressed with the search and database capabilities and have learned the RMS System quickly. At this point we are still learning how we can
best use other versatile applications within the program to best suit our needs.
Unlike other vendors we've seen and experienced, IMC has been helpful throughout the process, from demo, to purchase, to implementation, and they continue to assist us whenever we require it. IMC tech support people have been more than helpful. We visited the IMC North Grafton facility for training and were impressed with the facility and every employee we met.
